About this Class
The greatest obstacles we often face are people and how they make us feel about ourselves. When they make us feel bad, we are quick to label them as toxic, a term that is over-used and over-played. It’s become too easy to dismiss and deal with others by simply labeling them. “He’s a narcissist.” “She’s antisocial.” “He’s borderline.” But what do these really mean? Is labeling someone else as toxic truthful or do we do it to make ourselves feel better?
What You'll Learn
In this session, we will do a deep dive into how these terms are clinically defined and how to identify someone with these behaviors. The more educated you are with these terms the better able you will be at handling such individuals when they cross your path. Let’s stop blindly labeling everyone and start understanding what we are truly facing so that we can move forward with strength and confidence.
