About this Class
Resilience is your ability to withstand hardship, adversity, problems and difficult times. It is your ability to endure something and then recover from it. It means not letting what other people are feeling into your own zone - whether it’s pain, sadness, or stress. You are going to feel these things, but you can’t feel them all the time. This month we’re going to create a proper mental shield for yourself. It’s mental armor that helps you withstand whatever is going on in the outside world. I can’t make it stop for you, but I can help you identify what’s harmful, minimize letting it in, and if it does get in, recovering from it.
