We spent last month defining what it means to be “toxic”- a label that doesn’t really help us when it comes to navigating these relationships. So instead, we focused on observing and analyzing behavior. This month, we are going to build on that. Now that we understand the importance of identifying “toxic” traits we’re going to dive deep into how to manage and move forward when facing these challenging obstacles, or more specifically people’s difficult behaviors. Because it’s not the person we need to deal with, it’s their behavior.
