About this Class
Reflecting on your past and actually assessing it are two completely different mission sets. Self-reflection is focused on taking in all you’ve been through, your accomplishments as well as your failures. There is no judgement made as to the number of “wins” or “losses”. Rather, you acknowledge that life happened, and you took part in it.
What You'll Learn
Self-assessment, however, is more critical of efforts put forth. It looks for weaknesses in your disciple and finds holes that can be filled. Its primary focus is to understand both what went right and what went wrong; critical pieces of information to help you either repeat past successful actions or reorient your efforts toward more favorable results.
In this Q&A session, we’re going to focus on key areas of successes and failures that start from within. Nothing new comes into our world unless we create the internal environment for it to exist. We can’t find love, happiness, peace of mind, a new job, partner, or partnership without first having the internal foundation to support and cultivate it. By stepping back from yourself and truly assessing your efforts you’ll be better able to both identify and adjust those parts of you holding you back.
